1. Order Form. Fill out the Order Form below.

2. Invoice. An order summary and payment details will be sent to you. Settle payment and send a proof of payment screenshot within 24 hours. 

3. Shipping. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped to your address via J&T. Tracking number will be provided.

Complete Payment

Send your payment via GCash or BDO bank transfer and upload the proof of payment to sonataseaglass@gmail.com.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is verified, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. We'll update you as soon as your order is shipped.

At Seaglass Sonata, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

1. Eligibility of Returns

   • • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

     • Products must be in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

     • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Return

   • • Contact us at sonataseaglass@gmail.com with your order details and photos to initiate the return process. 

     • Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Refunds or Exchanges

   • • Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exhange within 7-10 business days.

     • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing Time. Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.

• Domestic Shipping (Philippines). Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days via J&T.

• Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number to monitor its journey.

• Fees. Buyers are responsible for domestic shipping fee of PhP 150. 

Note: We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sonataseaglass@gmail.com or through our social media channels with photos of the damage.
